There are many ways to pay your rent . . .

Pay on-line AllPayments

Click here and, using your AllPay rent payment card, you can pay your rent over the internet
Payments will be credited to your account within 3 working days.

Pay by Direct Debit

Contact us on 01254 269050 and we’ll send you a simple form for you to complete and be returned to us DirectDebitin the pre paid envelope provided.. 

This is the method preferred by Twin Valley Homes as it’s the easiest, most convenient and cost effective way of paying your rent. 

Pay by phone

Call 0844 557 8321 (if you have an AllPay rent payment card)

or 01254 269050 (to make a payment and request an AllPay rent payment card)

Pay by text:

Pay your rent using your mobile.  This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 

Firstly you will need to register online, to do so go to https://www.allpayments.net/textpay  and follow the simple instructions.  Please use the payment code rent when asked for the text code.  After completing the registration process you will then be assigned a text password which relates to the debit or credit card that you have registered for payments.

Once registered you can make text payments: e.g. Pay rent £XX.XX 1234.

Pay is always entered first, then the payment code (rent), then the amount you wish to pay followed by your text password.  Finally send the text to 81025.

Within 3 minutes you will receive a text message indicating whether or not the payment has been made successfully. 

Pay by Cash or Card 

At our offices at Twin Valley Homes, Prospect House, Wharf Street, Blackburn, Lancashire, BB1 1JD.

Pay at PayPoint

PayPoint logoWatch out for the yellow Paypoint sign at your local shop, petrol station or newsagent station. Use your AllPay rent payment card and pay with cash or card.

It's a free, convenient and private service - shop staff won't see details of your rent account. Please keep your receipt. Find your nearest paypoint (via external site).

Pay at the Post Office

Pay by Post

Send a cheque to: Rent Income Management Team, Twin Valley Homes, Prospect House, Wharf Street, Blackburn Mail, Lancashire, BB1 1JD. 

Please put your address and rent account reference number on the back of the cheque. 

But please DO NOT send cash through the post!

Paying your rent is one of the most important things you have to do as our tenant.  You must pay your rent in full and on time. We do appreciate that problems arise sometime which may make it difficult for your to maintain regular rent payments. We are here to help - if you think you are going to have a problem paying your rent - please don't ignore it, call us immediately for advice on what to do.

If you are on a low income, we may be able to help you access Housing Benefit and/or other benefits that will help you with your responsibility to pay your rent.
