You can access a whole range of our services from the comfort of your armchair

We're “Tuned in” to the needs of our customers. Thanks to new state-of-the-art technology, you can access a whole range of our services from the comfort of your armchair while watching your favourite programme on the box.  

We have linked up with the major satellite and cable companies to enable our tenants to contact us 24/7 via the interactive service without the need for expensive computer equipment - and all with just the click of a remote control button.  

Our tenants will be able to report a repair or any problems they’re having in their own particular area, for example bad behaviour or an incident of anti-social behaviour. But to make life even easier for our tenants, you can even check out the train and bus timetables in your area, access your local GP and there’s a link to the Job Centre website to help people get back to work.  

And the system just keep getting better. You can now find a home to rent through the B-with-us service, access the NHS Choices service, which gives an insight into a vast range of medical queries and lifestyle concerns and also a national search engine to pinpoint how you can access GPs and hospitals.

There's also a new Legal Aid function on the site to help you with a number of legal situations.

For those who can’t access the service at home, you can always pop into the Twin Valley Homes office on Wharf Street in Blackburn and access the site on our interactive screen in reception.

One of our tenants, Donna Blackledge, gave the system a try and was pleasantly surprised. She said: “It’s really nice to know it’s there and it’s very easy to use. I’ve had a look at the Job Centre website and I really like the fact that I can check out the bus timetables from my armchair. I would definitely tell my friends and neighbours to use the service.”
