It's a home safety and personal security system that can help you to stay and live independently in your own home.
Careline is an alarm system that works through your telephone line.
When you need help – such as in a domestic emergency, or if you fall or are unwell, or if you’re a victim of a crime – you just press the pendant button that we supply for you to wear and someone will answer your call, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you move into a sheltered scheme property, Careline will already be provided in your home.
If you live in a Twin Valley Home or if your own your own home and need some extra support – or if this applies to someone in your family - you can apply for the Careline service: there is a charge and you can obtain further information by ringing 01254 269210.
