Being a good neighbour is all about keeping your neighbourhood clean and safe for yourself and others.

You can help do this by keeping your garden and property free from litter and by picking up any litter you see.

Graffitti and Street Litter

The Council is responsible for disposing of large amounts of litter in the streets. To let Blackburn with Borough Council  know of a graffiti or litter problem in your neighbourhood click the links (these links take you to Blackburn with Darwen Council's website).

Dirty Gardens and Fly Tipping on open land

To report a dirty garden that has a build up of household waste or any form of fly tipping, please contact the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council on (01254) 585585.
