We’re on the lookout for tenants who want to become mystery shoppers to help us make sure we’re keeping the promises we made to you when you agreed to become one of our customers. By continually testing our customer service we hope to be able to provide a better service to you.
And being a mystery shopper is straightforward.
You’d carry out a series of agreed tasks – acting as a customer with different queries to our different departments, and then report back your experiences.
For instance, you might phone us and request how you can report a repair.
Each "mystery shop" takes about one minute for the call and five minutes to fill in the questionnaire. We would agree specific dates/times with you to carry out your mystery shops, which would be over a few months. Don’t worry, you do not have to give your name and we ensure that your identity is kept a mystery!
We’re on the lookout for English speakers but would welcome customers who also speak in their own language too and complete a simple day’s training. We will support you through the process and provide regular meetings where you will meet other Mystery Shoppers to exchange your experiences.
We will pay you for your work with us in High Street vouchers. Any additional expenses, such as travel and childcare will also be reimbursed.
The information from the questionnaires is used to produce a feedback report on our customer services.
