Twin Valley Homes has 8000 homes and is East Lancashire’s biggest Registered Social Landlord and housing provider. We aim to provide homes that are maintained to the highest standards. Each year our Property Department embarks on a range of Planned Maintenance projects. We are also building new homes. Now and in the next few years we will be carrying out more ambitious programmes.
We are seeking to add to our compliment of staff by recruiting some additional Surveyors to help deliver our programmes. The role will involve inspecting the condition of our properties, preparing drawings, schedules and specifications, project administration, and quality control.
The minimum formal qualifications necessary are the BTec National Certificate, though applications from candidates offering the BTec Higher National Certificate, or a Degree in a relevant discipline would be especially welcome.
These posts are primarily needed for the delivery of ‘Twin Valley Homes’ Planned Maintenance and new-build projects. However this service may be expanded into other areas under the Prospect Homes Group of Companies. The post-holder may be required to work from other bases, including the Blackburn and Pendle areas.
